3 stars for book three in the series. New twists in this one as Marion deals with Bill’s mysterious and disappearing girlfriend, visitors to the agency with their own agendas, and a secret from her past that threatens everything she holds dear. Well done and the plot moves right along-some draggy parts when characters need to be moved to other places and setting up plot twists and reveals but these are very skimmable and don’t affect the overall story. This book is the wrap up of the series so quite a bit of things are thrown in to close out story lines, but the ending leaves an opening so we may see more of Marion-I hope so, this is a fun series; sort of like a steampunk Harry Potter for grownups. I was given a copy-this is my own opinion.
