A Grave Robbery by Deanna Raybourn

3 stars. Simultaneously fantastic and the weakest in the series.  Grasping at straws for a macabre plot that becomes muddled at the midpoint and only slightly recovers for the rather routine and well-telegraphed ending.  The supporting cast members were refreshing and added much-needed dynamic twists and turns throughout.  While still one of the best series out there in any genre, this entry just wasn’t quite up to the usual level. I was given a copy; this is my own opinion.
